Há décadas, a escassez global de recursos e matérias-primas tem levado à utilização sustentável de materiais recicláveis que são reintegrados na cadeia de valor.
Com a centrífuga de tela rotativa CONTURBEX, nossos clientes realizam a desidratação, por exemplo, de filmes de raios-X para a recuperação de prata, granulados de plástico provenientes da reciclagem de automóveis ou HDPE da reciclagem de embalagens de bebidas. Desenvolvemos internamente as telas especiais com fendas ou telas CONIDUR® necessárias para a desidratação.
A contaminação por sais das águas residuais, por exemplo, da indústria de usinas de energia ou da indústria de potássio, deve ser minimizada. Isso é alcançado, entre outras coisas, por meio de sistemas de Descarga Líquida Zero (ZLD). Nessa aplicação, a desidratação é realizada utilizando decantadores, decantadores SHORTBOWL, centrífugas de empurrador e centrífugas CONTURBEX. Nossas centrífugas vibratórias HSG têm se mostrado eficazes na desidratação de resíduos grossos.
Os sais mistos mais finos provenientes de sistemas de cristalização são centrifugados em decantadores SHORTBOWL, centrífugas de empurrador e centrífugas CONTURBEX a temperaturas que, por vezes, ultrapassam os 100 °C. Os aços inoxidáveis de alta liga, o Hastelloy e os materiais de titânio necessários para essas máquinas são equipados com proteção adequada contra o desgaste, feita de carboneto de tungstênio, estelite ou placas de cerâmica. Neste mercado impulsionado pela inovação, estamos desenvolvendo constantemente soluções novas e mais eficientes para tecnologias de revestimento, colagem e união para nossos clientes.
