In-depth assessment of your process requirements: We analyse together with you the current process situation or your process design and separation targets.
Lab tests: We conduct bench-scale tests. We determine material properties and simulate operation and performance of a production centrifuge. This level of testing defines the right type of centrifuge from our equipment portfolio and determines further steps towards.
Pilot tests: We test the application on pilot scale with our continuously operating test units. We have access to 20 test centrifuges and can pilot practically all machine types in our portfolio. This test level provides in-depth information on future machine performance.
Laboratory and pilot tests may be carried out in our Technical Center in Mülheim, at one of our branches or on your site – worldwide. We will define together with you the most suitable test approach.
Scale-Up: Pilot tests provide the basis required for scale-up. When determining the appropriate size and subtype of centrifuge, we rely on our vast process database and various calculation methodologies.
Machine design: Specific design of centrifuges is not limited to the choice of material, wear protection or surface quality. It is our DNA to provide a very high level of custom tailoring if required.
