Demolition work generates many different recyclable materials. Bricks, lightweight concrete, plastic, wood, glass – all materials that should be returned to the recycling cycle in the interests of sustainability.
In addition to the reuse of plastic, wood or glass, if the light materials are separated from the residual material, recycled concrete, for example, can be made usable after appropriate processing.
Semi-mobile pulsator jigs such as our SKC jig are perfect for this purpose. They can be set up near the demolition site for a limited period of time and help to increase the recycling rate, improve the quality of the material and reduce the amount of residual materials that have to be transported to the landfill and disposed of there.

Semi-mobile plants are the ideal solution whenever extraction sites only promise a small quantity of raw materials. This is because building a new plant is uneconomical. However, transportation and further processing in existing plants consumes resources unnecessarily and is also cost-intensive.
