Ionic Filtration & Ion Exchange

In partnership with Clean TeQ, Multotec introduces Continuous Ionic Filtration (CIF®) for solid-liquid separation and process water treatment, achieving up to 95% water recovery in various applications. CIF® is modular, mobile, self-cleaning and robust, optimized for high scaling and fouling conditions, with the potential for valuable by-product recovery.

Clean-iX® for solid-liquid separation, based on continuous ion exchange technology, is effective for metal recovery, offering cost-effective extraction and separation processes for gold, uranium and more.

Filter Presses

Multotec’s filter presses, part of its solid-liquid separation solutions, increase equipment efficiency by up to 30%. Designed for chemical and mineral processing and other applications, these machines meet ISO 9001 standards and come with comprehensive after-sales service. The Vacuum Membrane Press, part of the Micronics press filter range, produces filter cakes with higher solids content and reduced moisture levels, tailored for difficult applications and efficient dewatering.

Multotec’s sludge filter press systems efficiently recover discharged minerals, reducing waste and improving environmental compliance. Manufactured to ISO 9001 standards, these systems offer automated sludge separation and robust design for equipment longevity.

A range of filter press accessories from Multotec enhances the versatility of filter press systems in mineral processing applications. These include a variety of filter cloths, available in different synthetic and natural fibers, and filter plates in various materials.
