CORIMA welded wedge wire screens consist of precision profiles arranged in rows, which are welded
at defined intervals on the crossrods. This creates slot-shaped screen openings between the wedge-shaped profile wires. The variety of profile shapes and the flexibility of the available materials guarantee their use in almost all applications. In the production of CORIMA welded wedge wire screens,
modern machines and utmost care ensure our high-quality standard.
RIMA® wedge wire screens are manufactured without the use of heat. The profiles made of round wire
are pressed into their respective shapes on our special precision machines and then connected and
screwed together with round rods. They are characterised by a very high degree of splitting accuracy.
In addition, the modular system means that reinforcements can be integrated at any point on the screen.
