Our SBD and DZ decanter types offer the right solution for almost all process areas thanks to our customer-oriented, individual design for every user.
We are the only manufacturer to offer versions with USDA approval, strict separation of process and drive units and increased operational reliability thanks to recirculating oil lubrication for all bearings, including gearboxes and screw bearings. Our decanters are available in versions for high-temperature applications as well as in hygienic versions for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The desire to continuously reduce the pollution loads in wastewater for the sustainable protection of our environment (ZLD – Zero Liquid Discharge) and the industry’s demand for the highest possible efficiency of production plants make Sedimenting Centrifuges the most frequently used separation units in the production of plastics from suspension polymerization, for example.
Our decanters are individual, functional and versatile. They offer highly efficient separation of even the finest solids with almost complete clarification of the liquid phase.
Due to the special geometry of the rotating parts, the SHORTBOWL decanter centrifuge - solid bowl is best suited for separating fine solid particles with a high specific density difference to the liquid phase.
